Joseph Gutheinz, Jr., a partner at the Gutheinz Law Firm, spent seven years in the Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and Aviator.  He is a retired Senior Special Agent (law enforcement officer) with NASA’s Office of Inspector General and was a Special Agent with two agencies prior to that.  He has been a criminal defense attorney for 14 years and is licensed in 10 courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

Michael Gutheinz, a partner at the Gutheinz Law Firm, spent four years as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army and is a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.  He has been involved in the investigation and/or has prosecuted numerous military criminal offenses such as: sexual assault, burglary, fraud against the United States Government, larceny, DWI, drug cases, and assault.
